Support
If something is not working, or you are not sure how a part of the app works, this page is the quickest way to an answer. You can reach us from inside Jadwily or by email.
Getting help in the app
Open Settings, then Get Help. There are two ways through.
Report app issue sends your report straight to us, together with your app version, system version and device model so we can reproduce the problem, and your account email so we can reply back. Your courses, deadlines and chat history are not included.
Contact support opens your mail app with a message addressed to us and the same technical details filled in at the bottom. You write the rest. If your phone has no mail app set up, the address is copied for you instead, so it is never a dead end.
Contact us
You can email us directly at info@jadwily.com. We read everything that comes in.

Common questions
How do I add a course
Two ways. Tell Jadwily in the chat, the way you would text a friend, and it writes the course up for you to check and confirm. Or open Courses and tap the plus button to add one yourself. A semester holds up to ten courses.
How do I change when reminders arrive
Open Settings, then Notifications. Start with a style: Calm, Balanced or Everything. From there you can set the time of your daily summary and your quiet hours, and Tune reminders lets you choose which kinds of work get named and how far ahead, from the morning of up to two weeks before.
Jadwily sends at most one notification a day, your morning summary. Everything else waits in the app. Reminders only arrive if you allowed notifications on your phone.
What happens to files I upload
A file is context for the chat, not a document the app files away. You can add up to three files per course, up to 10 MB each: PDF, Word, plain text, JPEG, PNG and WebP.
Jadwily reads a file to answer your questions about it and to propose things you can confirm. It does not build your semester on its own. Delete a file from the course and Jadwily stops reading it there, and everything you already confirmed stays where it is.
What does Jadwily do, and what does it not do
It reads what you tell it and the files you add, answers questions about your semester, adds, moves and deletes deadlines and study sessions once you confirm them, plans study sessions with you, and keeps an estimated grade from the scores you enter.
Jadwily proposes and you confirm. Nothing is added, moved or removed until you tap confirm, and Activity keeps a record of everything it did, with undo on anything still there.
A few things it hands back to you on purpose: renaming a deadline or a study session, changing a deadline's type, marking something as not done after you ticked it, and clearing the room from a class time. Each of those is a couple of taps in the app, and Jadwily will point you at the right screen.
It is not connected to your university or to any portal, so it only knows what you tell it. It will not write your essay or solve your problem set.
Jadwily got something wrong. What do I do
Open Activity. Everything Jadwily did is listed there, and anything still in your schedule can be undone from that list. If it keeps happening, send it to us with Report app issue and tell us what you asked for and what you got back.
How do I delete my account
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You type Delete to confirm, and confirm once more after that.
It removes your profile and account, every semester and course, your deadlines, study sessions and class times, graded items and goals, uploaded course files, your chat history with Jadwily, and your notification preferences. It is permanent and it cannot be undone.
