Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Jadwily. They are written in plain language on purpose. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What Jadwily is
Jadwily is an iOS app that helps university students organize their semester. It keeps your courses, deadlines, study sessions and class meetings in one place, and it includes an assistant you can talk to. You can drop in a syllabus and have the course built for you, tell the assistant when something changes, and ask what is due.
Your account
You need an account to use Jadwily, and the details you give us should be accurate. Keep your sign in details to yourself, and tell us at info@jadwily.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
The assistant proposes, you confirm
Nothing is written to your schedule without a tap. When you ask the assistant to add or change something, it shows you a proposal first, and only what you confirm is saved. The app keeps a record of the actions the assistant took so that any of them can be undone.
Grades are estimates
Any grade or score Jadwily calculates or projects is an estimate based on what you entered. It is not an official grade. Your university's records are the only official source, and you should not make academic decisions on an estimate alone.
Reminders are a convenience
Jadwily's reminders and summaries exist to help you, but they depend on what was entered, on your notification settings, and on your phone behaving. You remain responsible for your own deadlines, registrations and exams. Please do not treat the app as your only safety net for something that matters.
Acceptable use
Keep it simple:
- Use Jadwily for your own studies, not to harm anyone.
- Only upload files you have the right to use, such as materials from your own courses.
- Do not try to break, overload or probe the service, and do not try to access anyone else's data.
- Do not use the app for anything illegal.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Apple handles all billing through your App Store account, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings at any time.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancelling never deletes your data. Your courses, deadlines and files stay in place.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Your content and chat messages
Your content belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only so the app can work, as described in our Privacy Policy. Chat transcripts between you and the assistant are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our liability
We work hard to make Jadwily reliable, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed deadlines, academic outcomes, inaccurate estimates, lost content, or any indirect damages that come from using or being unable to use the app. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not let us limit.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date below. Meaningful changes will be announced inside the app. If you keep using Jadwily after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
